Arlinda Çausholli is an influential communication expert, journalist and publicist with 25 years of professional experience. Since April 2006, Ms. Çausholli has been Director of Communication at Tirana International Airport, prior to which, from 2003, she worked for the United Nations Office for Project Services as Head of Communication. She began her career in journalism in 1993 for the leading Albanian newspaper Gazeta Shqiptare later going on to work for the Associated Press as local correspondent, from 1997–2002. She also worked for the leading Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, covering crucial developments in the transition of Albania.
Ms. Çausholli graduated from university with a diploma in Language and Literature and holds a Master Degree in Communication Science, as Student of Excellence. She is a lecturer at the European University of Tirana, as well as a blog writer. As author of the book The Yellow Boots, published by Toena Publishing House, she has written on socio- historical phenomena and human issues.
Ms. Çausholli is a professional Communication Expert who has worked for several projects supported by the Swiss Government, USAID and the European Delegation to Albania.
She is the founder of the communication programme ‘Fit For Future’, focused on improving communication skills, achieving a professional human attitude, personal development and leadership. Beneficiaries of this programme are companies and individuals looking to improve communication among the staff.
Ms. Çausholli is a TEDx speaker in Italy and Kosovo, and has been nominated Ambassador of World Vision of Albania & Kosovo, helping to raise awareness of, and assisting, children with disabilities, particularly in remote areas of the country.
